Sales Specialist
Responsibilities
- Optimize the company's sales operations for profit growth and client satisfaction.
- Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities in Egypt and KSA.
- Conduct offline and online sales and business development meetings.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Conduct email sales campaigns.
- Update CRM databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant fields.
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service and SERVICE sales, not product or shop sales.
- Previous experience in a marketing agency is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
