Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the company's sales operations for profit growth and client satisfaction.
  • Present, promote, and sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities in Egypt and KSA.
  • Conduct offline and online sales and business development meetings.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Conduct email sales campaigns.
  • Update CRM databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or relevant fields.
  • 1-4 years of experience in customer service and SERVICE sales, not product or shop sales.
  • Previous experience in a marketing agency is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
