Due to the nature of our digital and customized services, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, we are committed to your satisfaction.
1. Revisions: We offer multiple revisions (as per the service package) to ensure you are happy with the final result.
2. Exchange Eligibility: If there is a technical error or a major issue caused by us, we will offer a correction or replacement at no additional cost.
3. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment if no work has begun. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.
4. Communication: We encourage open communication with your personal project coordinator. If you are not satisfied, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of digital design and customized branding services, we do not offer returns once a project has started or been delivered. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are happy to review special cases.
1. Non-Refundable Services:
- All delivered digital files (logos, designs, templates, etc.).
- Services that have already been initiated or partially completed.
2. Refund Eligibility: A full or partial refund may be issued in the following cases:
- Payment was made by mistake, and no work has started.
- A service was not delivered within the agreed timeline, and no prior notice or progress was shared.
- The delivered work was completely different from the agreed-upon brief and cannot be corrected through revisions.
3. Process for Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact us via email 7 days of receiving the service. We will review your case within 3–5 business days.
4. Partial Refunds: In cases where work has started but not completed, partial refunds may be issued based on the progress made.
